The time has come for the best amateur and professional manual tricksters to battle it out on an original manual pad configuration in an attempt to be crowned 2009 Red Bull Manny Mania Champion.
The contest will have a jam session format to reflect the way skateboarding happens naturally and also to enc...ourage the best tricks. This exciting format will see talented unknowns pitch their skills against some of the country’s best. The competition has been hotter than ever this year with the inclusion of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. After the four feeder sessions in the UK, where the top four qualified from each, and the four feeder sessions in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, where one skater qualified from each, there will be 20 skaters in total going head to head in this years final.

Street Style is a freestyle football event. Players compete in one-on-one battles held on a special stage, seven meters in diameter, and need to alternate ball possession every 20 seconds while displaying their top tricks to the rhythm of music to impress the judges, beat their rival and move on to the next round. Red Bull Rivals hits T4 from 10th October. Matt Littler and Darren Jeffries (former Hollyoaks stars Max and OB) will take up the considerable challenge of going head-to-head in some of the toughest sports imaginable to become Rivals Champion 2009. Following gruelling training with professional Red Bull athletes from t...he world of extreme sports, the boys will do battle in a series of challenges from cliff diving to down-hill mountain biking, free running to piloting home-made flying machines. Each episode the boys will be judged by that week’s Red Bull guest athlete, plus a celebrity friend, (including Chipmunk, BassHunter, Kara Tointon, Master Shortie and Carley Stenson) who will sit in the sidelines and decide the winner. Skill, performance, guts - and a little bit of bribery from the boys - will determine who is eventually chosen to take that week’s crown.
