Farmhouse Culture was founded by Kathryn Lukas, the former chef-owner of a popular restaurant in Stuttgart, Germany. Lukas, now based in Santa Cruz, has developed quite a following for her amazing, local, organic krauts through the Taylor Mountain CSA local farmers' markets, Slow Food Nation and Whole Foods Markets.
