Raul M. Grijalva The House has released its Health Insurance Reform Bill. I am deeply disappointed that it currently does not include a robust public option that pays a fair and consistent Medicare-plus-five rate, nationwide. I plan to fight for a robust public option amendment that will cap negotiated rates, prevent states from opting-out, ensure there is no trigger and remove all anti-trust exemptions for insurance companies.
