I can't even begin to express my anger and dismay about this issue. I think it is a slap in the face of all the Americans who died in the 9/11 and other terroist attacks to bring these enemies of the state onto this American soil and try them in civilian courts for the very reasons you listed. I can't imagine what kind of thought process went into ... See Morethat decision. It's insane. I have not been overly politically involved to this point, just doing my civic duty and practicing what I consider to be a privilege...voting, but if our country is not destroyed by this current administration (and I truly fear that it could be) I am going to be so involved in making sure there is NO reelection of this president. It seems that everything he has put pen or legislatiion or czars to has been an act of bringing this great nation of ours into a socialist state. I'm so not liking anything he has done or trying to do. Thank you for your work on behalf of this issue.

Frankly, I can't say that domestic trials worry me much. If in fact the suspects are guilty, I have faith that a fair trial will see them convicted. New York's been a major target for years; I can't see this making an attack any more likely.

Concur with Scott... But the resources from FEMA are more about process and documentation than quid pro quo...
In Newport eEws, we already documented the expendatures IAW FEMA regulations so we should be good to go.
