Richmond Police Department Today's Good News: Second Precinct evening shift officers conducted a traffic checkpoint last night on Hull Street Road that resulted in 327 cars checked, three towed vehicles, 21 summonses issued, three felony warrants cleared and four misdemeanor arrests.
