you 1st need to have the XPI file installing the XPI file will allow it to work with Firefox this is a must it wont work with out it ..if that don't work uninstall it then re-install it and make sure you allow it to install the XPI file then it should do ok.hope this is helpful ,,RoboForm affiliate.all 3 sites have Roboform...

Mike hi, the regular RoboForm download has the xpi built-in at http://roboform.com/download.html No separate download required.
