For what it's worth, here's one perspective on today's commute: I drove in off of 676. The off-ramp is in reasonable shape, as are the Seventh Street Bridge and Cooper Street. Rutgers facilities did a fine job of clearing sidewalks on campus, and they're continuing to work to make things better still.

Umm... Yes, the Camden campus is very safe. It's small and they have great security. Also, Rutgers Camden is in a developing area in the city and it actually looks great... City cops also patrol frequently because of all of the college students in the area. Rutgers U, Rowan U, and Camden County College all make up the University district...

He will be just fine.
