if you have the right to live and work in Australia (currently holding a valid Visa) you can apply for roles on SEEK.
I would suggest you let the recruiter know you are an overseas applicant in case they're recruiting someone to start immediately.

It's a Facebook requirement, that all Sponsored Groups be migrated to Pages.
