OOh; I can relate to foot pain from wearing crappy shoes over the years. Rolling your foot over a bottle or small ball helps relieve the pain (if your partner doesn't feel like giving you a foot rub!).

I tried on this amazing dress that turned out to be one size too small for me. As I pulled the dress back over my head, I got stuck with my arms straight up in the air. I was then trapped in the fitting room, and too embarrased to ask for help from the 20 year old sales clerk. I the began swaying back and forth to get the damn thing off without ... See Moretearing it, because I for sure was not going to buy it. I hit my shoulder against the wall in my panic episode, slight dislocation, and was able to slide the dress the rest of the way off my head. Life lesson, don't try it on if it doesn't have zippers.
