What I would like to say for the cricket show is as a cricket mad cantabrian, why isn't the burt sucliffe or lincoln green used as a test cricket wicket. Its a true test ground with the decent size outfields and grass embankments. As a city (Chch) that has supported the blackcaps with debatably the biggest crowds over the last few years, its important that the city still gets to see live cricket. Young children need to see there heroes in action to promote the game also.

With the black caps recent selection of youthful pace bowlers (milne, bracewell, boult and southee), would matt henry on the radar at all, and what is the word around the traps his speed?
