Safari West was recently profiled on California PBA affiliate KVIE's Rob on the Road. This was probably giraffe Tucson's last television appearance; he played a huge role in the story.

Safari West Thank you ALL for your caring and sensitive thoughts. Tucson was our Reticulated male. Father to quite a few of our babies born here at Safari West. The cause of death is unknown at this time and necropsy resuts may take one to two months. He will be greatly missed.
