A major stakeholder in the developer of what was once Fitzgerald Park has donated their land to the City of Saint Paul. There were a few conditions that went with the donation. 1. The land must always be used as a park (hopefully,... this avoids the snafu that was Central Park). 2. The park shall be named Pedro Park!

Saint Paul Home Realty Some interesting news coming out of the City today. First is the Farmers Market Flats is up and running again, sans condos. The other news is so hot, so fresh, that's it's not ready for public distribution! You'll just have to read the blog tomorrow ;)
