Sharon, I just got mine a week ago and it is great. I ordered the 8 oz. u should go to youtube and punch in the whole and check out the video by Sunshyne. She gives good advice on how to use it along with other good hair tips.

Hi Deidre: Sorry you haven't received your order. The day you place your order and the carrier you select have a lot to do with the deliver time. The post office takes about 2-3 business days to anywhere in the contintental USA. Fedex takes 1-5 business days.

You placed your order on Wednesday and we shipped it the next day, on Thursday. It arrived in Dallas, TX on Friday night, but Fedex does not opporate on weekends. So it sat in Dallas until yesterday. We think your package should be in your hands by tomorrow (Wednesday).

Had you ordered on Monday, you may have gotten it by Thursday or Friday. Now you know.... Read More
