Hi Ms. Llana, My name is Libing and I am a student at UC Berkeley that is planning on moving to Mexico City for a few months starting in August. After telling my parents about my planned move, they objected, citing the dangers of Mexico City, so I did research on the crime, but I found that many reports are conflicting. I just read your story (http://www.csmonitor.com/World/Americas/Latin-America-Monitor/2012/0320/Mexico-s-earthquake-A-reporter-s-notebook) where you mentioned that you rarely think about the drug violence. I was wondering if you would be free any time to discuss more insights that you have about living in Mexico City? Thanks for your time and I hope all is well with you! -Libing

    • I found one of your article's on a research database and i found it very intriguing. It was about the nun who helped the femicide victims. i love that she's empowering women through financial independence, that's the best solution as far as i can tell.
