ACCELERATED RETAIL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The Accelerated Retail Leadership Program prepares you to pursue your first position as a District Manager. You will learn to create a culture where helping customers is the primary focus of all executives and associates. The District Manager is the key driver who delivers sales by consistently shaping associate behaviors through effective recruiting, training, coaching and celebration. The ARL Program leads to a number of career paths including District Manager, Perishable Manager, and Division Manager.
