I was invited to attend today's service day, working on Miller Farms, gleaning the remainder of their leafy green crops. I am humbled by the speakers during the morning plenary and inspired by other conference attendees that I met today. The results of our afternoon was awesome! I raised just over $1,200.00 at this weekend's bake sale...unfortunately my closest friend was killed in a car accident the morning before my bake sale. This was my second bake sale and it was the second time a close friend died just hours before the bake sale started.
