Kelly Koch Zang Last night my 4-year old daughter announced "I want to go feed baby cows!" I have no idea where she came up with that thought, but was thrilled to make it happen for her today by taking a trip up the road to Shatto Farm. She got to feed Penelope the calf, milk Cinnamon, pet Pumpkin the calf and see the cows come in fo...r milking time this afternoon. I want to thank David for being such a gracious and informative guide and making the entire afternoon something my daughter won't soon forget. Thank you!!

Molly A few weeks ago, I found our cupboards and refrigerator almost bare. As my hungry husband asked for dinner, I pondered what I had ... frozen butternut squash and Shatto Pumpkin Spice Egg Nog. I made pasta sauce! It was actually very good - try it!
