Sharilyn Kennedy I have a Simmons Yorktown King size bed that is 13 months old and has a lean to the side of approximately 3" I do nothing in this bed but sleep, the bed isn't sagging but the lean is very noticable, I contact your customer service number and was told by very rude employee that a form would be emailed to me and haven't ...seen it yet!! Not satisfied with the quality of this bed, I have had a Beautyrest before for 10+ years and no issues, but after 13 months and this....not acceptable Simmons...I live in Hawaii and of course no inspectors so I pray that I can get a replacement or I guess like all the other people I'M SCREWED out of $1500...Please someone get in contact with me because I'm out of options and I need my defected mattress replaced AT NO COST TO ME...as it's not my fault that the mattress has decided to lean to the side if you will :(

    • Sharilyn Kennedy I can be reached at slkbenz02@hotmail.com, and since I live in Hawaii I already know that I have to do all the legwork to email pictures, fill out forms and whatever else needs to be done, I just need the form and the email address to send it to. And for the record all my tage are still attached, no stains are on my mattress and the only bedframe and boxsprings I have ever used on this mattress are the ones that I purchased with the Simmons set.

          Deborah Carroll A few weeks ago I posted that my new Beautyrest mattress had a defect, but I had removed the law label and unknowingly voided the warranty. I want to thank the person from Facebook who contacted me to help. Simmons and Mattress Giant honored the warranty anyway and sent me a new mattress. I loved the one I bought but t...hey had discontinued that line and sent me one from the new line. It's actually a nicer one and I love it even more! I also love the lavender scented pillow I purchased; not a Simmons product, but it's really nice. Thank you again, I never expected any help since it was my error. I just wanted people to know how important it was to keep the labels on. You really seem to care about your consumers and the quality of your product.
