I agree with portion control. I heard a great tip for doing that on the Today Show yesterday. Use a regular spoon instead of the serving spoon to dish out your food. And use a smaller plate as well. Water water water...don't drink your calories! And don't stress about it, I'm running a 5K the 28th!! Stay on your fitness track even if you go over on... Read More you calories; don't get wrapped up in the guilt trap...just pick up where you left off! The path to losing weight and being healthy us a journey, not a destination! :)

I am planning on having a cup of beef broth before eating, and drinking a glass of water so that I am not so hungry. I am also bringing vegetables so that I don't eat a ton of sweets.
