This was done using the Magic Snowflake technique. The panel with the small snowflakes is sprayed with white shimmer mist.

This card has lots and lots of layers! I printed the images from Scrap n Fonts a few times in each color/size then cut them out. I added crystal lacquer to the top layer to give them added dimension. The grass at the bottom was cut using my Walk in the Garden cartridge. TFL!
