Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! Many of us tend to have congestion in our lungs from staying inside buildings too long. If possible get some fresh air each day. Try to spend at least 10 minutes outside enjoying long deep breaths. Even a few minutes will help!

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! Live the truth of yourself. If you want to cry - cry. If you want to laugh - laugh. But do it from your heart.

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! Poetry can help us to understand the principle of nature. I have many favorite poets. Two of my favorite Chinese poets are Li Bai and Du Fu.

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! When I have a little quiet time I pick up a poem, recite it and enjoy it. Poetry is the music of the heart and the highest level of language. In a few lines you describe what is deep in your heart in a most accurate way. The rhythm is so beautiful.

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! When I think I use my dantian, not just my head. When you "think" with your lower and middle dantian you feel more grounded and make better decisions. You spend less time and achieve more.

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! When I eat lemons and oranges I try to eat the whole fruit. I eat at least part of the skin. The energy in the skin is very good for the lungs and the liver. Maybe you enjoy eating that part of the fruit too!

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! I like to eat lots of green vegetables. When I shop I pick them randomly and then cook them together or enjoy them in a salad. I love avocado - the taste and the texture. I like to choose different colors of vegetables too. Red for the heart, yellow for the pancreas, green for the liver, white for the lungs, black for the kidneys. Hmmm!

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! The other day I read Confucius's teaching that, "Only 2 kinds of people never change, the most intelligent people and stupidly foolish people." I laughed! He was a serious teacher but also made jokes in his teaching. When we know too much we believe we know everything and are not ready for change. We need to open our minds.

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! There is no limit to the improvement we can make in meditation and in life. We can keep moving to higher and higher levels of vibration. It is very powerful and beautiful. When you meditate sink the energy from your head to your heart. Focus on the flow of energy in the body. This can help to deepen your practice.

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! During the fall season here in Minnesota one thing I love is going with my family to the apple orchard. We like to pick our apples and to see how they sort and clean the apples. Honeycrisp apple is my favorite!

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! In Spring Forest Qigong we focus on healing. When we open our heart and focus on healing others then we are on the path. There is no separation.

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! You don't need to figure out what kind of karma you had. This could be very complicated and can be misread. Simply do good things, love yourself and love others from your heart. When you take action in this way you clear away old karma.

Chunyi Lin Hello my dear friends! When we experience enlightening moments we are aware of our connection to the universe. Try to always remain aware of the connection between you and the universe. Feel the peace in your heart and let that help you to experience a better life.
