My pup ..... oh if only she was that size now .... shes 7 stone and making mega bruises every morning on my legs and the rest of my body when she jumps on the bed at 0400 ... wouldnt love her any other way though!!! xxxx

I am wondering the same thing. I don't understand how some can be smaller with a longer face and others Can be so thick with a Huge head and wide short nose.

Their markings are very different as well. Mine is AKC registered and so were her parents, so the bloodline is documented. I don't understand.

Jenna: I have the same concern over the size of the head. My Molly doesn't have the massive head they always describe a saint as having. I did read on another site that the head is the last to grow. Molly is 8 months, maybe it's just too soon.

our first saint is very small as well, She has a longer face and isnt as wide as she should be, she was also a very picky eater and didnt eat much, but we have switched her food to fromm large breed, she eats all her food now and what she is suppose to not less.. . she is only about 85-90lbs.We got her a "sister". our new saint she is 3.5 months ... See Moreand 43lbs she was 25 pounds at 8 weeks. our first st was only 9lbs at 8 weeks. although they are both so different size wize they are both the best dogs and " true to the breed " temeperment wize. i have seen tall and slender saints. we were starting to wonder if she had a little mix in her as she was so small compared to our new one.her dad had a huge head but was only 120lbs. She may start to fill out now as she is eatig more... Is yours a picky eater??? i would post a picture to eshow you the difference between the two but im not sure how to post pics on this page.. ill try and post it as my display pic.

Our Saint is 1-1/2 and only weighs 100 lbs. Vet says she's small and she's fine!

don't think so! My pup loves it too-isn't it great to see them waddle and run to you in the snow. Just want a brandy barrel to make our meg look the part!
