Strategic Sense Inc. - Leadership, Plans of Action, Facilitation

The employee experience is inextricably linked to the customer experience. In a commoditized business world the customer experience has become the real business differentiator. Transformational Leadership is not an option but a requirement for survival. Using rationale to get traditional business leaders to understand does not work. Those of us in this field need to tell better stories to leadership. What do you think ? Am I off my rocker? :):)

Smart, educated customers who want to know when they spend they are spending it with an organization who values their investment and cares about the concerns of individuals and the world around them. We are talking about a complete shift in HOW we do business, HOW we lead the people and WHO we are as a company connected to the community and globe around us. A company who maintains an industrialized approach to business will slowly watch the spreadsheet become their worst enemy.
