Travis did some great photography work for me back in April '08. I hired him to take pictures of a dinner party I was throwing for a friend's birthday. He not only took pictures of us enjoying our dinner, but set up a portrait area on the staircases (what a great idea)!! All the pictures were amazing and I would recommend Subtlevox Photography for any special occasion.

Subtlevox Photography made our wedding memories everything we wanted and more. We didn't want to go with the typical set ups for all the photos but were looking for someone different with a unique eye to catch all those shots most photographers miss. We were happy to see that there were many different styles to choose from and many special moments caught on camera we probably would not have seen with another photographer. We had a lot of family visiting from the USA and Travis managed to get a picture of everyone I think. It was great. We now have so many candid and unique photos we will probably end up ordering them all. We couldn't be happier. Subtlevox Photography went above and beyond and we would recommend them to anyone. My friends and family are stunned by the quality and variety of Travis' shots! Travis flew to Nova Scotia to capture the week festivities of our wedding. He took so many beautiful and creative shots- our only problem is picking out which ones to have printed! We would have to wallpaper our house if we chose all the ones we loved!

One thing that I really appreciated about having Travis as our photographer is that I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing. I knew that he would be professional, subtle, and spontaneous. All week he was very adaptable in working with us. Because of a tight schedule for the wedding day, he suggested having us dress up the next day for some great shots around the university with just my hubby and me. It was so much fun to play with him for these shots. I thought it would be quite awkward to pose for photos, especially thinking of my husband who is quite shy. Travis made the whole afternoon fun and the easiest thing in the world.

I would highly recommend him for any event.

The pictures look amazing! We are all so impressed with what we've seen so far (I LOVE the one of us on the hill!) and we can't wait to see the rest. After you left, the girls were commenting on how your style is so relaxed and how much fun it was just hanging out and taking some pictures.

Travis has a great eye, and was very easy to work with. Totally flexible and relaxed, considering how busy our day was! We loved our pictures, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Travis was the photographer at our wedding just over two years ago and we continually hear compliments about the photos hanging in our house. Very original poses, lots of amazing candid shots...he just has a knack for being at the right place at the right time to catch that special moment, and the knowledge of photographic techniques to capture it with great style and originality.

This past October, we had Travis take some outdoor family portraits of my wife, my 10 month old son and me. They are AWESOME. There are so many great shots to chose from. Lots of nice little candid moments of father and son, mother and son and all three of us, not to mention some amazing solo shots of my son.

Everyone we show these pics to has the same reaction, "Who took these! They're amazing!"
