The band channels the rowdy communal feel of an Irish pub sing-along with original songs while masterfully matching the mischievo...us tongue-in-cheek humor of classic Celtic lyrics. Though their music is rooted in traditional Irish melodies and instrumentation, Gaelic Storm has successfully incorporated the energy and groove of world rhythms along with modern musical influences. With five members representing four countries and two continents, Gaelic Storm is truly a world band and spreads their message at the O’Shaughnessy on March 27 on the campus of St. Catherine University.
