Four Seasons Sunrooms

We have sent our warranty slip information with pictures, emails, and have repeatedly called the Holbrook, NY office with no answer whatsoever in 6-8 weeks. We have had leaks in our sunroom since it was installed around July 4, 2009. We have not received good problem solving solutions from the installer. (There is n...othing like a caulking gun to ... As another customer said, you will respond to Facebook communications whereas phone calls are useless! Is anyone out there from Four Seasons Sunrooms????????

Sorry for any confusion but they will not respond to your comments they leave that for us to do as there representative. I had a conversation with Mike this morning and per our conversation the room has not leaked since we were there 3-4 weeks ago. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.

Regrettably, Four Seasons does not honor their agreements, nor do they post the facts. I had never agreed that I was satisfied with the job until I received documentation regarding 2 windows. Oh, by the way, the windows that were finally installed by Four Seasons were made by Norandex because they sell products that they do not have.

And this is the only place where Four Seasons will respond..I have tried phone calls and emails to resolve this.

Well, here it is October 29th and I have not heard from their attorneys. So this weekend I will post all the facts, copies of all the signed contracts that Four Seasons REFUSED to adhere to, copies of all the work orders, pictures of the poor workmanship in the installation and the quality of the product and I will let the public decide for themselves if this is a company that they want to do business with.
All I ask is for Four Seasons to abide by their contract.

I have a Sunroom which was installed in 1997 by your local dealer in Denville, NJ. There are 24 windows on the walls. These problems are all caused by manufacturing DEFECTS! There is absolutely no reason they should leak. This problems has grown gradually and I did not realize how bad it would become, so I di not report it earlier. Your web site says there is a 20 year warranty, but the local dealer wants $500 per window for repair.
I find spending $3,000 for replacement of defective, under warranty windows, unacceptable. Could you help me remedy this situation.
