I wait for that segment to appear each year. One NPR segment that was probably retired when Bob Edwards was "kicked upstairs" is the Thanksgiving potluck to whom all the American chefs arrived with different dishes. They described each dish in full detail. One I rememebr is the poultry combination of chicken, turkey, and goose.
