Tri-Cities Regional Airport All flights at TRI have now returned to normal operations after Runway 5/23 was temporarily closed this afternoon due to a landing problem with a small private aircraft. The nose gear on a P-28 aircraft, registered to Advanced Flight Training, didn't come down properly. No one was injured during the incident, but inc...oming and outbound flights were affected at that time.
