Tacoma Rainiers On Monday, Dec. 21st members of the Tacoma Rainiers' front office spent the day selecting and wrapping gifts for patients and their family members at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital.

Tacoma Rainiers Tacoma Rainiers' parent club, the Seattle Mariners just made it official that they've acquired Cy Young Award Winner Cliff Lee in a trade. Lee won the 2008 American League Cy Young Award and went 4-0 with 1.56 ERA during 2009 Postseason.

Tacoma Rainiers This past week the Rainiers participated in the Multicare Festival of Trees at the Tacoma Convention Center. The Rainiers themed tree which included ticket packages, team merchandise and other gifts helped raise more than $5000 for the Mary Bridge Children's Hospital.

Tacoma Rainiers In wake of the tragic events of this past Sunday, the Tacoma Rainiers will be paying tribute to the fallen Lakewood Police Officers during their Saturday, April 10, 2010 game versus the Colorado Springs Sky Sox. All ticket proceeds from that game will be donated to the Lakewood Police Independent Guild (LPIG) to assist the families of the officers.

the stadium has needed upgades for years. The roof leaks and the concrete is cracked in many places. I understand that money will come from us but then again the community are the ones that visit the ball park so why not use some tax money to help fund the ugrade. Plus don't forget the $5 million from the Cheney foundation and the $1 million from the city for the county city bldg deal. So it's not all tax money.

That stadium needed some upgrading. I'd love to see it renovated like Raley Field in Sacramento. Where the concessions are above the seating areas. That way you can buy a beer and not miss anything. I hate going outside the park to buy food or beer. I'll be there either way taking a ton of pictures. Great news.

Hey Shawn Jonas Matt Tuiasasopo should be playing winter ball but he isnt going anywhere as he will be with Seattle Mariners as he is in their plans unlike LaHair, Cesar, Marwin, Randy who arent in mariners plans for next season
