Hank: Why can't she be an English teacher? Because she said ran instead of run? Never heard of typos? I agree Michelle, if we don't make mistakes we don't learn. Perfection is boring. Sometimes really bright students are afraid to participate in classroom discussion because they are afraid to be wrong or make mistakes when in fact those "flaws" are strokes of genius. Einstein was learning disabled and was thrown out of undergrad for being "stupid".

Jamie Gagne I went on an "interview" for student teaching this morning and the prinicpal asked me if I wanted to get certified in middle school or high school-- I thought you just certify in secondary edu and that covers both middle and high school. Was I wrong? (I live in NH)
