Michael Budzinski Wondering if you have a minute for help? I had a rate assessment that the VA scheduled all by themselves. I have been collecting a disability for my left knee since i was released from the service in 1987. Over the years I had surgery to rebuild my ACL in my knee and they have upped my percentage on my knee to 30 %, I ...am 60% rated all together. During the assessment they said that my rating on my knee is for Chrondamalasia? All I know is that I was rated for a left knee condition all these years. They know my knee condition is service connected and even took an MRI in 1990, I think they are looking to lower my rating or at least not allow me ever to increase. How do I get them to correct my assessment and records? There is a lot more to the story, thanks for your time.
