The Connotations Just so Ya'lls know: We now have a twitter! Just follow us @TheConnotations! We're still setting it up, but hopefully it'll help us get the word out about whats happening with the group, and where we're performing next!
The Connotations Stroll outside in the lovely town of Easthampton. Take in the art at local galleries, scoop up some tasty ice cream at scrumptious Mount Tom's, and hear The Connotations sing! We'll be on the steps of Old Town Hall, kicking off at 6:15 and singing two 15-20 minute sets. We'd love to see you there!

Art Walk Easthampton (Massachusetts) occurs each Second Saturday of the month and includes visual, performance and music artists.
The Connotations
Hey Facebook! We're looking for a new bass! We have been singing together for two and a half
years, but alas, our talented and super bassy quasi- music director is moving up in the world of housing and development, and moving away from the happy valley. Though we could never fill his shoes, we do need someone to fill ...his part!
We perform at bars, private parties, benefit concerts, and local
community events. We are a fun, energetic group and are currently
self-directed. Most of our own repertoire is arranged in house; we
prefer variety and try to keep an eclectic set-list. Artists include
Journey, Ben Harper, Feist, Jackson 5, Blind Boys of Alabama, Maroon 5,
and Amy Winehouse. Rehearsals are weekly, on Sunday evenings (on Masonic
Street in Northampton), and every other Wednesday evening.
Potential members should be 21+, and
some prior music experience is helpful. Please email us to set up a time
to audition with us. We look forward to meeting you!

The Connotations Join us for our return to Sam's Pizza on Main Street in Northampton. Sam's is a casual, fun joint that serves sandwiches, salads, desserts, coffee, and at least a dozen varieties of pizza. We'll be kicking off a few tunes at 8:00, so stop by!
