Sandi Parks DiDio My husband just arrived home from Baltimore area. While driving home to Greencastle, PA there was a very bad accident on Rt. 70 near Hagerstown. It happened just in front of him. He is very concerned and I am wondering if anyone has any details on this accident. Involved was a tractor trailer and a small compact vehicle.

HAGERSTOWN — Three former correctional officers were found not guilty Wednesday of second-degree assault in a March 2008 beating of an inmate at Roxbury Correctional Institution south of Hagerstown.
