Slone I took pictures with my family yesterday. I received an email to a link to ALL my pictures that evening! Not sure why everyone else is having trouble. I registered on Picture People BEFORE even making an appt. Maybe this helped the process.

Kristina Koestel Mumma I have tried multiple times to email and call the corporate office and have not been successful with either way! In addition, my local portrait studio isn't answering the phone!!!!! I tried to post on the wall separately and that wouldn't work! I have no choice but to post my complaint here...

The Picture People While we continue to work through the issues with our SmileStore, we want to let you know about our Toys for Tots promotion. Donate a new, unwrapped toy in one our studios and we will thank you with two free sheets. Marine Toys for Tots Foundation collects toys to give to needy children during the holidays. There will be a lot of need this year, so please consider donating a toy when you visit your mall or studio.

Haydee I've tried to schedule an appointment both on the website and on the phone with no success. : ( I guess I will be going elsewhere.

Susan Dean Lepito I don't understand why it is taking so long to get the website working! Going by the comments on here, it looks like it's been a long time. Do you guys have people that know what they're doing to fix the problem?? I was annoyed at first, but now I'm really getting upset. I received a message from Brandon yesterday and I responded, but haven't heard anything since.

Jessica I am frustrated I can't view my pictures...my closest picture people is 45 miles away and I need to order more pictures. I checked today and my smilestore is still not working :(

You guys need to have high paying people and managers at your stores..especially the one in Bridgewater, NJ. People are so F*ing crazy and with attitudes. How about giving them some training on customer support or how to deal with customers and "customer is your number 1 priority' lesson. The manager at the Bridgew...ater office hung up on me while I was trying to explain to her that there are no pictures out there and she said that is not her problem and I need to call customer support and just hung up the phone on me!!!!! I really am getting to pissed with you guys.... WHoever had the smart decision to switch from Zazzle to smilestore needs to be fired...Hopefully this process was not thougtht out far in advance and was the dumbest move a corporate can make.!!!!
