The Picture People

I have never been as disappointed, frustrated and angry at a photography studio as I am with Picture People. I contracted with PP for school pictures. My combined schools have approx. 50 children and 12 staff. Our picture date was Nov 3rd - I contracted early October. I had to call multiple times after setting the date to have picture day ... Read Morepapers, etc brought to me. We had our picture day with the promise of a phone call the next day to schedule what days picture proofs would be brought out to my school. I did not receive a phone call as of Nov 17th and when I called was told they were trying to coordinate a date and would call me back Nov 18th. I did not receive a call and now am dealing with very unhappy families who were relying on the pictures they intended on purchasing for holiday gifts. Not only does this make me look bad to my families, it certainly makes Picture People look bad. Up until now, I referred friends and family to Picture People. After this experience, I am hesitant to use Picture People for school or personal photos ever again. I hope that Picture People can do their part in resolving this situationn and extend some sort of compensation to my center and families for this unprofessionalism.

I think it's a great promotion. I love it when everyone is in the giving spirit. As for having enough pictures, there's never enough. We had one home that flooded and there was a fire in another. I had boxes of pics, now there are no baby pics of my 7 1/2 yo daughter. I'll take what I can get.
