I love the Disney Classics, so I knew I had to watched this. I saw it the Saturday it opened and I loved it!

THE PROS: The songs (My fave is When We're Human), the sidekicks (love the firefly), the romance, the humor, the scenes never got boring, and more.

CONS: Too much black magic (the ending took it too far), that a certain character dies in the end of the movie (I cried!!!! I'm disappointed that they added the death!!! It wasn't necessary!), the beginning was too rushed (I think the Prince came way too early), two of the songs were too rushed, the way the villian was defeated was creepy and weak (I thought Tiana and the prince would defeat him together), and some lines may be found offensive (just 2 though), and their portrayal of white people in the movie is a C+ job, but I thought they potrayed Tiana's white bff pretty good. Otherwise, I loved the movie!

Even though this movie is going to be a great Classic, it's not as good as the old classics, but this movie has landed on the Top 20 of my fave disney movies! Anyway, go see this movie if you love Disney, but be cautious when taking the little ones! Looking forward to see this again!

I loved this movie. This movie is a triumph for Disney, popular culture, and myself. When I told my mother I wanted to see this movie, she threw a full-blown temper tantrum. "You're a grown boy! You can't see a movie with a Princess." she yelled. I thought to myself, "Hmm. You have no problem when I watch Aladdin. You have no problem when I watch The Little Mermaid. You have no problem when I watch Beauty and the Beast." In fact, my Mom and Dad were my age when Beauty and the Beast came out, and they both love it, so that means either a. they saw it when they were my age, or b. they saw it when they were older and still liked it. So, why in the world couldn't I see this movie?

I was determined to see this movie. My Dad seemed to be my last hope. I appealed to him, and he said "I wanna' see it too. Maybe we could go as a family" I nearly cried with happiness. Eventually, my grandparents offered to take me and my sisters. My Mom was in a bad mood the entire day. I felt a surreal success in my heart at that point.

Now, to the movie. The movie was never boring. In fact, even my smallest sister never squirmed or complained. It kept up the laughs, and, more importantly, it kept up the songs. The songs were beautifully written and managed to range from soul-searching ("Dig a Little Deeper") to a more frightening mood ("Friends on the Other Side"). The animation was definitely top notch, I especially liked Andreas Deja's animation for Mama Odie. The animation for Dr. Facilier was excellent as well.

Dr. Facilier! What a character. His villainy certainly came through in the vocal and animated performances. (I especially liked his too small shirt and exposed belly button) The main thing I liked, however, was the fact that this villain made a "deal with the Devil" in the form of Voodoo. This villain will forever inspire my own acting career from now on, along with Jafar and the Joker (as played by Ledger). (wow. there's a limit to the length of the review! Sorry

DIsney is back! This is one of the finest pictures to come out of the Disney Studios since 'Toy Story.' The music, art, acting, and storyline was excellent. The perfect 'feel-good' movie of the season. Finally, families can go to the movies again. I recommend this film to people of all ages!

I think I liked the movie more than my daughter - and she loved it! New Orleans was just breathtaking and the animation was wonderful. The music! The classic (and retro) animation! It was wonderful - thank you Disney for another classic movie for my daughter's generation...

I'm really excited and proud that this movie is gonna bring the Disney animation to whole new heights! And Tiana just makes me want to cry in a good way because she's a hard worker and a dreamer. She's someone that I really want to develop my skills from and also someone that every little girl can learn from as well. I really want to thank all of the directors, producers, animators, crew, artists, and the cast especially for making this film come forth with gusto and pride that will make America and the rest of the world just blown away both literally and physically. Thank you very much, Disney. I love you from the bottom of my heart and I hope I get to come back to Disney World after 13 long years. I love you, Disney. And I'm proud to be one of your fans. FINALLY 2D animation classics have arrived, i am so excited again we could hear the amazing music and the most amazing animated moments to cherish,...wow. the new 3D movies had almost bored me and i couldnt call them classics, but thanks disney for this LOVE YOU

I have a special feeling about this movie. 15% of the movie was produced in Sao Paulo Brazil, and I worked on the movie. I did the ink and painting of some scenes. So It will be my Christmas's gift when the movie come out
