The Rhyming Chef Food and drink industry party was a huge success. Pics will come soon. Heading back to Barbuda. Hoping to have Internet by Xmas. Island time mon!

The Rhyming Chef OK, so the venue has running water now, but the kitchen is still a disaster. Five years ago I would have been freaking out. Now I just crack another lager and say like the Auzie's -"She'll be right mate." It's gonna be chaos but in the end this party will live up to all the hype!

The Rhyming Chef Took care of Good Morning Antigua like it was breakfast television back in T.Dot. Positive vibes all around. Just sitting here waiting for the venue to turn on the water so I can start preparing my canapés. Need to prepare 500 pieces plus rock a food demo for the crowd on Saturday. No rest but no stress. All is good!
