Oh my word. If he has an opinion, he can express himself but why so harsh and angry? Were he to say such things to my face, I might cry. Maybe he was having a bad day. This does not sound like him at all. At least what I have heard and enjoyed from him in the past. This was not friendly ribbing :(

Unitarian Universalist Association This week's Monday Meditation is "Winter Solstice Meditation" by Christine C. Robinson .

It begins:

"We join our hearts and minds together in a time of meditation or prayer; spoken, silent, sung, and shared. It is a precious time, and all precious times want preparation, so I invite you to settle yourself in a straight p...osture, both feet grounded on the floor, to take a deep breath, hold it until you notice your need to breathe out, and relax."

awesome. I grew up in a religion that had no holidays, so I am the only person I know who "found" Christmas as a UU. It is the relationships, the friendships, that are coming to define this time of year for me. Merry ChristmaKwanzaHanaYule everyone! : )
