We offer your company two types of training to give you a jumpstart in understanding social media.

• Introduction to Social Media - when you are just getting started or are trying to get everyone in sync, we will start at the beginning and explain what social media is, how it works, and provide examples of companies who are using it well.
• Social Media Best Practices - we will share the best practices for social media down to the nitty gritty details - connecting with customers, dealing with negative feedback, generating content, allocating resources, and other best practices. We will train you on the specifics for individual platforms such as Facebook or Twitter.
