You should call the Academic Advising Center, who create your schedule as a freshman and make sure that they understand the situation. Their number is 410-704-2472. Someone there will be able to ensure that you are taking the classes that you need.

As long as you maintained a high GPA then you should be fine and your status with Towson should not be affected however you may want to talk to an adviser if you are worried about any scholarship opportunities you may be missing out on. Their number is 410-704-2472.

You will be receiving your room assignment and your roommate assignment in mid-August. From there you will be able to contact your roommate and prepare for move in.

Hey Noah, yes, it is ok that there is no English class on your schedule. You will eventually have to take an English class, but it doesn't have to be in your first semester.

There are not co-ed apartments on campus at Towson. However, there are many apartments within a few short miles of campus that are co-ed. For a list of apartments that are close to campus you can visit (http://www.towson.edu/housing/offcampus/aptlist.asp). You can call the apartment in question to find out if it is co-ed but most of the off campus apartments will be. Good luck! Hope that helps!

I would suggest that you visit the official website for the team at www.towsontigers.com. This is the site for all of the athletic teams and you can click through to the Men's Basketball Team. For your first question I would suggest that you call the Academic Advising Center at 410-704-2472. They will be the best people to talk to about your academic interest form and the placement test.

Finally, regarding your immunization form, the Freshman-To-Do-List is a guide to help you complete tasks throughout the summer. The deadlines are designed to help you stay organized and on top of things. All of the To-Do-List tasks must be completed before you start classes in August. The June 1st deadline is just to help you so be sure to get it in soon!

Decide.Towson Hey John, Project Marj is AWESOME! I did it when I was a freshman and loved every minute of it. For me it was kind of like Survivor, without the voting off. Camping out in the wilderness, rockclimbing, learning survival and leadership skills and carrying everything you need on your back was really cool, and meeting a bunch of other Towson students was cool too. My favorite part was hiking Old Rag Mountain. I've been back there twice since then to do the hike again because it was so sweet. You should be PUMPED!

The Housing and Residence Life Department has already started working on assigning roommates, but because they have to assign thousands of roommates, they won't be finished until mid-August. That's also when you will find out where you will be living.

Decide.Towson Hey Katie, you will need to take English at some point, but if you don't take it your first semester, you can still take it another semester. We checked the To-Do List Web site (http://www.towson.edu/main/admissions/freshman/newstudents/AcademicInterest.asp) for the Academic Interest Form and picking classes and found that no schedule changes may be made prior to your Welcome to Towson orientation program, which is in August. They ask not to call or e-mail requesting schedule changes until after you have met with your First Year Experience (FYE) adviser at orientation. It's a good idea to bring up that you already took calc when you meet with your FYE advisor.
