I LOVE beets! My grandma used to put them in a bit of vinegar and sugar with onions. Yummy. Not really pickled, just a bit of extra flavor. But roasted beets are the best. I just have not figured out how to keep my hands from turning red. Have you tried the yellow beets? They are tasty too!

I totally agree with 1. improve posture 2. very comfortable 3. might help people who stand for long hours
I have NOT noticed any change in my muscle tone, but I do like how comfy they are, lots of walking in San Antonio this weekend and NO feet or leg pain at all, while Kris wearing regular sneakers said he had sore feet. Take away what you like.

Being and OT for 16 years and working with so many different patients I can tell you that shoes are different for each person. God made our bodies all different and are feet are defintely picky,so one shoe might work for one person and the other person, may get blisters or it maybe too tight or too loose,so there isn't a cookbook approach in this ... Read Morearea. Try on different tennis shoes and test them out in the store awhile, and if you take them home and go for a 3 mile walk and your feet hut package them back up and return them. Usually the test in the store is enough, but not always....

I think I'll get it as I use my Wii Fit a lot and feel like I could use some new exercises to keep me engaged...doesn't sound like they have added a lot of new aerobic exercises though, which is what I'd be most interested in. For $20 it's worth it for me though.

Training With Tricia Fitness Tip: Use a smaller plate - Most houses have a collection of more than one set of dishes and usually they all vary in size. So, when you have a family dinner and the table doesn't have to look perfect, set the table giving yourself the smallest plate you own. It holds a lot less food, but gives the appearance of normal servings.

Training With Tricia "You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, "I lived through this horror.
