Let me throw some numbers at you guys: Direct domestic travel spending in Oklahoma reached over $6.1 billion during
2008, a 6.5% increase compared to the 2007 total expenditures of $5.75 billion.
In 2006, travel generated expenditures were $5.3 billion in Oklahoma.
What does this mean? It means that tourism is great for Oklahoma, and its only getting stronger!
