Tri-City Speedway is a 3/8 mile dirt oval which is measured 20 feet from the outside wall. The track features 10 degrees banking in the corners and is 70 feet wide all the way around.

With the top 48 Midget Drivers Pre-Entered this was set to be one of the best Open Wheel weekends for drivers as well as fans. The Gold Crown will again return in 2010.
