I think a Frankenstein theme for GT would be very cool for next year. Dr. Frankenstein's laboratory, the monster roaming through the woods threatening the train, angry mobs with torches at the fort....awesome!

We have bought season passes for the last couple of years. Every time we come up to Tweetsie my husband says that the area used for special events - like dogs in flight - would be a great place for a roller coaster.

Tweetsie Railroad Kimberly, thanks for asking about Tweetsie history.
Here is a photo of engine #12 taken in 1929. Who knows how much she cost when she was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works of Philadelphia in 1917 ?

I also remember going to Tweetsie and being afraid the Indians would scalp me and tying to get under the seats. I also remember shaking hands with Fred Kirby.
