Tweetworks I posted this tweet, http://is.gd/2qn35, on Tweetworks while the Twitter API was down. Not only does Tweetworks offer redundant uptime (we're up even when Twitter is down) but we queue tweets for posting when the Twitter API comes back up. Cool huh?
