Twitter Hunt is a fun way to discover new downtown Phoenix businesses and revisit some of your favorites, all the while supporting local shops and restaurants and winning great prizes.

On Nov 12th from 4:00 to 8:00pm, twelve local small businesses will be broadcasting directions to our first Twitter Hunt. Follow our Tweets every hour on the hour during the event and win prizes.

Don't be peckish; get ready for an evening of adventure, food, shopping, fun, and prizes. If you follow all 5 Twitter broadcasts you can win 5 great gifts. WHAT IS TWITTER HUNT?
Twitter Hunt is basically a type of scavenger hunt that uses Twitter to instruct the participants where to go for each step of the game.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
On November 12th at 4:00pm all of the businesses participating in the Twitter Hunt will be sending out their first Tweet instructing all of their followers to go to 1 of 3 businesses to begin.

From there it works like this:
1) When you arrive at the first business you make a purchase and receive an envelope marked either A, B, or C that contains a prize to be redeemed at another store in the Hunt. DO NOT OPEN THE ENVELOPE OR THE PRIZE IS VOID!

2) At 5:00 pm you will receive the next Tweet which lets you know which store to go to based on your marked envelope.

3) When you arrive at the next business you hand the envelope to the cashier and they will open it and give you your prize.

4) To stay in the Hunt, you then make a purchase at that store and receive another envelope marked A, B, or C which works the same way. Wait until 6:00 pm to find out which store to proceed to next and claim your prize. The Tweets will be sent out every hour on the hour from 4 pm until 8 pm – that’s 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 pm.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) There are 12 businesses participating in the Twitter Hunt
2) Each business has a total of 12 prizes to give out so act fast
3) There will be 5 Tweets occurring at 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 pm. That means there are 5 stops and anyone who stays in for the entire Hunt will fly away with 5 prizes.
4) TwitterHunt is over at 10:00 pm
5) You can join Twitter Hunt at any time throughout the evening by following the most recent Tweet.
6) NO PEEKING PRE-OPENED ENVELOPES WILL BE VOID
