You talk as if cardio is everything,does anybody remember T.U.F season 2 when Rashaad was thought to have the worst fitness level and was seen as the laziest fighter just look at him now!

I'd love to see rashad and rampage fight each other! I always thought that Rashad was a cocky fighter..... very good...but cocky. Watching this show makes me respect him so much more. Rampage is a cry baby and a poor sport.
