Arvind http://su.pr/21DmE0 - Squeals of victorious laughter @those who thought unilateral action for a Legally binding deal would never be taken, as it would endanger an economy. Kudos Brazil. (Although it doesn't really take much for the govt. to do except ensure more strict enforcement of their laws against deforestation, b...ut still - a 'cool' step.) This should shame / pressure some other countries into action - given that a DEVELOPING Economy, and one from the Southern Hemisphere (largely innocent compared to the bulk of the world's emissions) is taking the lead.
