I'm not entirely sure, but I think I may have had the swine flu. All the symptoms were there. I just stayed in bed and drank as much water as I could. I felt almost 100% by day 5. If I did have it, it wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be.

In my Commencement ceremony, Gov. Dixie Lee Ray was supposed to give the address. But when they announced that she could not make it, everybody cheered and we went home.
So to this day, I have to use Rodney Dangerfield's commencement address instead: " Always look out for number one but don't step on number two."
