VW Jetta
The Jetta is one of the most beloved cars on the road because it’s German engineering at a price people can afford. It's like having your really fast, German-tuned cake and eating it too. How does it taste, just ask the fans.

Francis Murillo-Mize my 2007 jetta was in an accident and i was hit from behind at a stop sign by a big dodge 1500 and my baby stood strong. my bumper had a few scratches and need an alignment but any other cheap compact car would fall to pieces but not my jetta. i love my baby!!!

I bought an 09 TDI two mouths ago and I love it. I had a running problem for a while and the dealership found a bent vaccuum line and it runs great now. The will service my new car for 35,000 miles for free. They change the oil every 10,000 miles. This is my third TDI and I will never drive anything else. I like t...he new DSG transmission, it looks and shifts like an automatic buts it not. It's a manual transmission shifted by a computer and runs great. With my 2001 TDI I was getting 48-50 miles per gallon, this one is only getting 41-45. But the 2.0 L runs so much nicer I don't mind the lack of milage. LONG LIVE JETTA'S.....Read More

Lissette

Lissette all i have to say that if it was'nt for my '02 jetta i would'nt be here. she saved my life and my leg. and the love of my life my dog. i had my dub dropped and some idiot ran a red light and hit me on my passenger side. he was driving a truck and he crashed underneath my dropped jetta. from that day on i told myself i would never drive anything else that is not a VW.

Gabrielle Gianella

Gabrielle Gianella How much on average is an oil change? I just bought my Jetta a couple of months ago, and I was just wondering... Do I need to go to the dealership to get it changed?

I never go to the dealership and get the oil changed. If you live in the US, you can get it changed at a jiffy lube, or Pep Boys, or the like. Just follow the recommendations in the Owner's Manual. I got a 75$ quote to change a light bulb from my VW Dealership, so I got the bulbs ( 2 for 7$ at AutoZone) and changed it myself. Saved 68$ right there!.

Gabrielle Gianella What can I put on the bumper of my TDI Jetta to keep it from turning black? Does anyone recommend any product that would work? My car is white and it looks bad after a couple of days!!

I have a question that hopefully someone can answer. I have a 2002 Jetta GLS Wagon [2.0 L engine]. On
Friday, I started my car and drove it about a 1/4 of a mile before it
started running really rough and not really accelarating very well [if
at all] and the MIL light came on. I had assumed it was the ignition
coils becaus...e I thought I had a 1.8 L engine for some reason...well, it
turns out it's a 2.0. So now I'm wondering if the ignition coils are
still the problem, orif it's something else because the engine is different and maybe the 2.0 L engines don't have the ignition coil issue? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!
