I had been on two other mail systems prior to Vertical Response. Am I glad I made my way here. It took me little time to learn the ins and outs of this program for emailing and when I'd run into a block, what could be a headache was quickly remedied with their quick-response technical support. Soon I was back seamlessly publishing my 3 free bi-monthly women newsletters for Women Managers, Women Entrepreneurs and Women in Career Transition, as well as my monthly Change-maker's Blog.
I've been so pleased with VR, I've set others up in using it for their business. I especially like the payment system where I only pay for the emails I send at a half cent per email. What could be better than that?

After using other self-service survey tools I was happy to hear VR launched a survey tool. Other tools didn't have the professional look and feel I was looking for. Plus the added convenience of having one account for email and survey costs on on one bill along with having all the historical data about the user is invaluable.
